For our constituents (the youth of New Providence and surrounding towns), we aim to:

Encourage physical well-being, confidence and self-discipline by providing safe and well-maintained facilities in which to enjoy structured and unstructured recreational activities.
Enhance knowledge, skills and self-worth by offering the opportunity to receive mentoring from positive role models.
Promote citizenship, leadership, honor and respect for authority by engaging in cooperative efforts with other organizations.

For our Staff and Volunteers, we offer the opportunity to:

Obtain valuable professional and personal satisfaction by contributing directly to the growth, development and success of our Constituents.
Participate in the development of strategies for improving opportunities available to our Constituents.
Develop versatility, self-confidence and resourcefulness through practical experience in a culturally diverse, not for profit work setting.
